This was the first workshop organized by the Brahma Kumaris Portugal Youth Group, that was born in the weekend before. We took a step of courage... to be ourselves... our real self!
We started with welcome and a bingo of questions (short answer questions so that everyone could interact; each one meet another one and made the question of the bingo and then meet other ones. The first to finish won a prize). Some of us also participated in this game... it was great fun!
We had with us BK Gopi Patel, that was interviewed by one of the members of the group about the theme of the workshops; by the end she conducted a short meditation, where all stayed in a state of deep peace.
Afterwards, in order to keep this moment alive, we did a creative meditation exercise at the garden, awakening our inner truth.
By the end we shared some snacks and a tea under the dragon tree; all were very happy.
